- Not Professional Advice: This tool does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. No CA-client or advisor-client relationship is created through your use of this platform.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for independently verifying all outputs with a qualified professional (such as a Chartered Accountant) before relying on them for filing or any other purpose.
- Indemnification: You agree to hold us harmless from any loss, claim, or liability arising from your reliance on, or use of, the outputs generated by this platform.
Data Handling
- Files you upload are stored temporarily on private, secure cloud storage solely for processing your request.
- We do not read, analyse, or use your data for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.
- Your data is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. It may only be processed by third-party services that are necessary to deliver your results.
Third-Party Services
- This platform uses third-party cloud infrastructure or services for hosting, backend processing, file storage, and browser-side or server-side file parsing.
- Data processed on this platform may pass through or be stored on these third-party systems as part of normal operation.
- The security, isolation, and privacy of your data on this platform depends in part on the security and isolation guarantees provided by these third-party services.

GST Reconciliation Tool
- Input files (your Accounts and GST Portal Excel files) are uploaded to private cloud storage, processed, and deleted immediately after processing completes.
- Output files (the result Excel files) are stored temporarily so you can download them. They are deleted periodically.
- Input and output files are stored in a private bucket and are not accessible via any public URL. Download links are temporary, expiring links generated specifically for your request.
